WSSC Tryout Registration
The WSSC Academy Program is open to players in the U8/U10 age groups. Academy Evaluations are on Tuesday June 4, 2013 and Wednesday June 5, 2013 at Shamrock Springs Elementary Soccer Complex at 747 W. 161st Street, Westfield, IN 46074. There is no charge for this registration. Players should attend both nights.
The WSSC Travel Program is open to players in the U11/U19 age groups. Travel Tryouts are on Tuesday June 11, 2013 and Wednesday June 12, 2013 at Shamrock Springs Elementary Soccer Complex at 747 W. 161st Street, Westfield, IN 46074.

Shirts and balls will be provided by the club. DO NOT bring a soccer ball to the fields. Your child should wear a shirt they can easily switch on the fields, black shorts and no club shirts or training gear are allowed. Please bring plenty of water.
Contact Information: It is very important that the contact email and phone numbers are accurate in your players Got Soccer Account. The email address listed under the Player profile should be an email address the parent will check daily.

To participate you must provide a copy of your players birth certificate.

1. Upload to Got Soccer account by logging into the players account after you complete this registration, then Click My Profile, then Click My Documents, then Click Upload Documents for WSSC.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND, UPLOAD, FAX OR MAIL SMALL WALLET SIZED COPIES.
The preferred method of submission is by uploading to Got Soccer, if you are unable to do that you can bring a copy for us to keep to the tryout tent during registration.
