U15 Boys Advance to Regional Finals

Westfield Select U15 Boys coached by Nate Miller have advanced to the Regional finals of the President's Cup. The team won all three of their games in Overland Park, Kansas to advance. Miller's team has scored plenty of goals and been stingy on defense. They scored 12 goals and gave up just four in beating teams from Wisconsin, Missouri and Kentucky to advance. If they win the Regional Final they would advance to Sacramento, California to play in Nationals July 11-July 14.
The U15s moved to the Regionals in Kansas after winning Indiana President's Cup Championship by beating the Junior Irish from South Bend 2-1. Logan Farrow scored the game winning goal on a header. Miller's team beat Southern Indiana United, and tied NWI United to advance to the Indiana finals, where they beat Elkhart County Maroon 3-2, which also counted as a league game. Winning this game meant the boys won their league and advanced to the finals.
